Rental - Home Owners and Managers Education
(R-HOME)

PLEASE NOTE: This page is UNDER CONSTRUCTION. We will be adding information and FAQ’s in the upcoming days.

The MN Crime Prevention Association rental housing training for property owners, rental managers and caretakers is the R-HOME program. R-HOME stands for Rental Home Owners and Managers Education.

If you would like to teach the R-HOME program in your city, there are training requirements you will need to adhere to. If you previously taught the CFMH program, you can teach the new R-HOME program. If you are wanting to get a rental education program started in your city or are new to rental housing education, you will need to attend a Train the Trainer session to understand the requirements of the program.

The R-HOME program is an 8 hour training. There are required topics you must teach, but there is still time allotted to cover topics that are specific to your city or county.
